In disputes concerning claims subject of which is payment of certain amount of many and compensation claims, with the provision of Article 20 of the Law No. 7155 added to Article 5 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and entered into force on 01.01.2019, to apply for mediation has become a dispute resolution method which is by law set as the pre-condition of filing a case for some business disputes.

Discretionary mediation option is also open for claims that are not falling within the scope of compulsory mediation. Our Center provides services for the settlement of any disputes that require mandatory mediation regarding the payment of a certain amount of money that may arise from commercial law as well as disputes that are not subject to mandatory mediation in terms of commercial law.
